Saturn’s “hurricane” on the North Pole, but no water beneath to stir

NASA Solar System on you-tube has uploaded the images of the North Pole of Saturn in Spring, with a locked in “hurricane” churning about in hexagonal fashion, but with no lake beneath to stir the storm.  It’s a mystery..
